What are some good ideas for a Hens Night a few weeks before the Wedding?

A few weeks before my Wedding I’d like to have a Kitchen Tea at home with family and friends with cakes, sandwiches and games (particularly because I’d like my grandma, aunties, etc. to be there). I’d like to do something else with my friends/younger crowd too. Any suggestions? I’m based in Sydney, Australia.

You could go the “traditional ” get pissed, wear a fake veil and “Bride to Be” sash and go on the “Studs Afloat” cruise

I’ve never been on one of these myself (not my style) but the friends who have done this have raved about it and had an awesome time.

It’s been ages since I went on one of these so I’m not sure if they are still going but how about a “Tours by Diva” bus trip ?

this was by far my favourite. We all chipped in and hired a limo for the day and did a wine tasting tour of the Hunter Valley. A little pricey but I went with half a dozen fellow wine buffs (all restaurant industry people) we went to 4 or 5 different wineries and had lunch at some really nice pub.
